All tariffs, import duties and VAT on any products sold internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware of this when purchasing and that it may add time to your receiving your order.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

Made-to-order products are not eligible refund or return unless they arrive faulty or the wrong product is sent. In those instances please contact Jessica Light with the issue and image of product and return the product within 14 days. We can issue a replacement product ASAP.

COMPLIENCE.

All Jessica's products are made to a high professional standard. All products are made in the U.K, although some materials may come from other sources. Material listings will be given on invoices/receipts.

Safety advice will be given on any accompanying document/s

COPYRIGHT.

Jessica Light owns the copyright on all images and text on this and her other website jessicalight.co.uk, and any other online or physical outlet. No images or text can reproduced without Jessica Light's permission. All text and images if used must state origin and credit Jessica Light.

Any persons using text or images from Jessica Light's book, Passementerie, other than personal use, without permission or crediting the source for professional and/or teaching reasons are subject to copyright infringement and could incur charges for royalties.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Jessica light owns the Intellectual Property Rights to all products on JESSICA LIGHT SHOP, as well as all the products on www.jessicalight.co.uk. No Jessica Light products/designs/ideas on these sites or otherwise can be reproduced or resold without the permission of Jessica Light. Any products that are used for promotional material by another party other than Jessica Light, must receive permission from Jessica Light to do so and credit Jessica Light.

AI.

All Jessica Light's text and images on jessicalightshop.com, jessicalight.co.uk, Instagram and any other of Jessica Light's online and physical presences are the original work of Jessica Light and haven't been generated by any AI tool.  Any persons using AI to generate text and images that have used Jessica Light's work to inform output will be subject to copyright and intellectual property infringements where proven.

This also goes for people copying or using texts/images/designs without AI.

All products purchasied on this site, including bespoke orders are for personal use only, unless pre-contracted for hospitality and/or public use.
