How Long Will My Order Take?

All Jessica Light's products are hand-made and hand-woven to order, and as we don't keep stock, this means that your order may take a little time so please be patient. We try and despatch our orders as quickly as posible and the timescale is usually 5-21 days. You will receive notification of your order with the above information and another email once the items have been despatched. As a micro artisanal business, at the moment, we only despatch orders on a Monday.

Can I Order a Bespoke Colour Of Any Of Your Products?

Yes, if you would like any of our trims or tassels in bespoke colours, please contact us with your specifications.

Do You Give A Trade Discount?

Yes, please contact us on info@jessicalight.co.uk and we can discus your requirements. Jessica Light also offers a full colour-matching and bespoke design service.

Postage.

U.K. All postage is with Royal Mail using 48 hour tracked and signed.

International orders are also tracked and signed and should take 5-15 working days.

Can I Return My Items?

Made to order products are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive faulty, wrong product sent or have been damaged in transit. If any of those are the case please contact Jessica Light within 14 days for advice and return the faulty product with the receipt so we can either replace it or give a voucher.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

Please note that all VAT and import duties are paid by the customer. Please be aware of these extra costs when ordering.

U.S. ORDERS.

WE ARE PAUSING SHIPPING TO THE US DUE TO THE NEW TAFFIFS THAT COME INTO EFFECT ON 29TH AUGUST 2025. I HOPE THIS IS TEMPORARY MEASURE BUT IT MAY TAKE UNTIL THE U.S. CUSTOMS HAVE THE FACILITIES IN PLACE TO CHARGE THE TARRIFS ONCE THE ITEMS REACH THE U.S.
