Decorative passementerie piece incorporating traditional passementerie techniques such as braiding and rigid lacing with the addition of beadwork. Mounted on Dupion silk and a swatch of C.C Moulton moire silk, and presented in a hinged frame that can be wall mounted or free-standing.
 
Horsehair/rayon/vintage and new gimp cord/silk/vintage coral/crystal and glass beads/found feather.
 
Frame is stained wood and glass with metal hinges and closing hook.
