Hand-made and hand-woven deconstructed passementerie garland with tassel hangers. Made from vintage materials like gimp cord and mother-of-pearl sequins and incorporating heritage passementerie techniques such as braid weaving and tassel and rosette making. Has cotton tape loops either end.
